A recognized field of specialization in the discipline of Economics that embraces the issues of pollution control and environment protection, in which costs and benefits are difficult or impossible to estimate, much of the subject matter falling outside the competitive market system. Yet, it is an area in which immense common property resources need to be allocated sensibly to the overall public good. The subject is also very much concerned with ways and means to achieve this sensible allocation such as emission and effluent charges, user charges for the treatment or disposal of waste, environmental taxes, product charges, deposit refunds, tradeable pollution rights, performance bonds, natural resource accounting, and the economic implications of sustainable development. Определение значительных затрат как капитальных, даже если эти затраты не связаны с покупкой актива. Это делается для распределения затрат между несколькими отчётными периодами. Наиболее типичные примеры – разработка программного обеспечения или покупка лицензии на программное обеспечение.

1. Превращение в капитал будущих доходов; сущность К., таким образом, в накоплении будущих потоков, их превращении в запас (См. Объемы, Резервуары). Стоимость машины, например, это капитализированная стоимость будущих доходов от машины. Цена земли рассматривается как капитализированная рента, цена облигации определяется стоимостью будущих поступлений и т.д. Cледователь но, это та сумма денег, которую мы готовы уплатить сегодня для приобретения права собственности на будущий поток дохода (при некоторой норме временных предпочтений). 2. Использование прибыли (или дохода) компании для увеличения ее собственного капитала. К. дохода [capitalization of earning power] -распространенный метод оценки стоимости предприятий и фирм (см. Оценка бизнеса). 3. Рыночная капитализация компании — совокупная стоимость ее акций, обращающихся на рынке (рыночная, биржевая стоимость одной акции также называется ее К.).Иными словами, здесь капитализация компании, акционерного общества есть оценка стоимости ее капитала через курсовую цену акций, обращающихся на вторичном рынке.

Multilateralism stands for a long-held but rarely achieved ideal, namely the voluntary co-operation of nations for peace and development. Multilateral initiatives are undermined or diluted by ultra-nationalist, bilateral and regional initiatives. Multilateralism may be undercut by the uncoordinated decisions of those contributing to it. Multilateralism constitutes the democracy of international society. Dedicated area within the host city where marketing partners demonstrate their products and services within special pavilions. OCOG must determine an adequate space within a common domain area on-site, or they can secure a showcasing location off-site. It is important that the site allocated for partner showcasing be easily accessible or close to major Games competition venues or in an area that receives maximum spectator flow. Otherwise, it will not provide enough enticement for partners to invest heavily in development of showcasing and entertainment activities.
